1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following words carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the a777b platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bet" means any wager placed by a Player on a sports event or casino game through the a777b platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the functional currency of the a777b platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits issued to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by a777b prior to first withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the a777b website, mobile web interface, and all associated services accessible at https://a777b.io.
• "Real-Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player from their own financial accounts, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Services" means all products and features offered by a777b, including sportsbook, live casino, slot games, and payment processing.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting turnover a Player must complete before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account on a777b. By completing registration, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. a777b reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account where age cannot be verified. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account on the a777b platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, a777b reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and permanently withhold any balances pending investigation.

2.3 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change. a777b bears no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information provided by the Player. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.4 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your a777b username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. a777b will never contact you by any channel to request your password. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified a777b immediately upon becoming aware of unauthorised access.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

3.1 Verification Requirement

Before processing a Player's first withdrawal request, a777b is required to complete identity verification in accordance with its KYC procedures. Verification is a one-time process and, once completed successfully, does not need to be repeated for subsequent withdrawals under normal circumstances.

3.2 Documents Required

a777b may request any or all of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• Government-issued photo identity document (National Identity Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account matching the Player's registered name)
• Source of funds declaration where deposits exceed specified thresholds

3.3 Verification Timeline

a777b will use reasonable endeavours to complete KYC review within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documents. During the verification period, withdrawal requests may be held. Deposits and betting activity are not affected by a pending KYC review.

3.4 Right to Request Additional Verification

a777b reserves the right to request updated or additional verification documents at any time, including from previously verified accounts, where there is reasonable grounds to do so. This includes but is not limited to unusual account activity, changes in payment method, or significant increases in deposit volume.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

a777b currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may be updated from time to time. The current list of supported methods is displayed in the a777b payment section at all times.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on the a777b platform is ৳500. There is no fixed maximum deposit; however, a777b reserves the right to apply individual account deposit limits based on account status, verification level, or risk assessment. All deposits are processed in BDT with no conversion fee applied.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within an average of 15 minutes for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Card withdrawals may take 1 to 5 business days depending on the issuing bank. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. a777b does not charge a processing fee on standard withdrawal requests; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside a777b's control.

4.4 Currency

All Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, withdrawals, balances, bet stakes, and winnings are displayed and processed in BDT. a777b does not apply an exchange rate spread to BDT-denominated accounts. What you deposit in BDT is the amount credited to your Balance, and what you request to withdraw in BDT is the amount transmitted to your payment method, subject to applicable wagering conditions.

4.5 Refused or Reversed Transactions

a777b reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, a777b will notify the affected Player and may request additional documentation before processing the transaction.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

a777b offers bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term takes precedence for matters relating to that promotion only.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New Players may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available to Players aged 21 and above who have not previously held an Account on a777b. Wagering requirements applicable to the welcome bonus are stated in full in the Welcome Bonus Terms and Conditions document, accessible from the promotions section of the platform.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the bonus offer at the time of acceptance. a777b will not alter wagering requirements after a Player has accepted a bonus. Wagering progress is tracked in real time in the Player's Account dashboard.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

a777b reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it has reasonable evidence that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets purely to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Players to exploit bonus structures. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are made at a777b's sole discretion.

5.5 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period, stated at the time of the offer. If wagering requirements are not met before the expiry date, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Real-Money Funds held in the Account at the time of bonus expiry are not affected.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the a777b sportsbook are subject to acceptance by a777b. a777b reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion without providing a specific reason. Bets are confirmed only when a unique bet reference number is issued to the Player. Bets placed after an event has started may be voided if accepted in error due to system latency.

6.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on the a777b platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. a777b endeavours to maintain competitive and accurate odds for all available markets, including BPL cricket, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, IPL, T20 World Cup, football, kabaddi, and all other listed sports. a777b is not liable for errors in odds caused by data feed failures from third-party providers, provided that voided bets are refunded to the Player's Balance promptly.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to allow for odds recalculation. Once accepted, in-play bets are binding. Bets placed on events that have already concluded — due to connectivity issues or display latency on the Player's device — will be voided and the stake refunded.

6.4 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by a777b in circumstances including: event cancellation, abandonment, or postponement beyond 48 hours of original scheduled start time; obvious pricing errors; and duplicate bet placement caused by technical errors. Void bet stakes are returned to the Player's Balance in full.

6.5 Maximum Payout

a777b applies maximum payout limits per event and per Player as published in the platform's betting rules section. These limits exist to ensure the long-term sustainability of the platform and apply equally to all Players. Bets that would result in payouts exceeding maximum limits will be capped at the stated maximum, and any excess stake above that level will be returned to the Player's Balance.

7 Casino and Slot Games

7.1 Game Fairness

All casino and slot games available on a777b use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Live dealer games are supplied by licensed studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Slot titles are provided by Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, among others. All game providers are subject to independent audit and certification of their RNG outputs.

7.2 Return to Player (RTP)

7.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, technical failure, or connectivity interruption that prevents a game round from completing, the affected round will be voided and the bet stake returned to the Player's Balance. a777b is not liable for losses arising from game malfunctions caused by the Player's own device or internet connection.

7.4 Live Casino Specific Rules

Live casino games are subject to the rules of the game as administered by the dealing studio. In the event of a dispute between a Player and a live dealer, the recorded stream of the session constitutes the definitive record of events. a777b will review dispute recordings within 5 business days and communicate the outcome to the Player by email.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the a777b platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party acting on your behalf
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing mistakes to obtain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit bonus conditions or pricing discrepancies across markets
• Using the a777b platform for money laundering or any activity that violates applicable financial regulations
• Allowing any third party to use your Account on your behalf
• Attempting to access other Players' accounts or any part of the a777b platform to which you do not have authorised access
• Publishing, reproducing, or distributing any content from the a777b platform without written permission

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by a777b

a777b reserves the right to suspend any Account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a risk to the integrity of the platform. During suspension, the Player will be unable to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place bets. a777b will communicate the reason for suspension where it is lawful to do so.

9.2 Closure by Player

Players may request permanent Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. All pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal rules before the Account is closed. Real-Money Funds remaining in the Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC verification being complete.

9.3 Self-Exclusion Closure

Players who request Account closure for responsible gaming reasons — citing concern over gambling behaviour — will have their Account closed under the self-exclusion framework set out in Section 10 below. Such closures are treated with priority and can be requested at any time, including outside business hours, by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request".

9.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. a777b will attempt to notify the Account holder by email before applying a dormancy fee. The dormancy fee, where applicable, is deducted from the Account Balance at a rate published in the platform's fee schedule. Real-Money Funds are not forfeited as a result of dormancy; only the administrative fee is deducted.

10 Responsible Gaming

10.1 Commitment to Player Welfare

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders to appear after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying the Player's current session duration and net win/loss position.
• Time-Out: Players may apply a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, the Account cannot be used for any betting or gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-excluded accounts are closed and the Player is added to a platform-wide exclusion register. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

11 Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.

Players may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the a777b platform or its content without the prior written consent of a777b. Any unauthorised use of a777b's intellectual property may result in Account closure and legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, a777b shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial losses, even if a777b has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

a777b's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit a777b's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Privacy and Data

a777b collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is accessible at all times from the footer of the a777b platform.

a777b implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections and employs industry-standard security measures to protect Player data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 14 Amendments to These Terms

a777b reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Players via the email address registered to their Account no fewer than 14 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulation, in which case changes take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the a777b platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 9.2 of these Terms.

15 Governing Language

These Terms are written and published in English. English is the governing language of this document and of all communications between a777b and its Players. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version of these Terms and any translation or summary produced for informational purposes, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects.
